Welcome to mb123. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and mb123 (hereinafter referred to as "mb123", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the mb123 website, accessible at mb123.cam, and all associated gaming services, applications, and features offered therein.

By registering an account on mb123, accessing the Platform, or participating in any gaming activity offered through mb123, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any account you may hold.

These Terms apply to all users of mb123, including residents of Malaysia and all other jurisdictions in which use of the Platform is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on mb123, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mb123 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned, and no winnings disbursed.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Registration by or on behalf of corporations, trusts, or other legal entities is not permitted.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from mb123 or any other gambling platform under a multi-operator exclusion scheme.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of mb123 or any of its associated game studio partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on mb123. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

KYC Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at mb123's sole discretion. Required KYC documents typically include:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or other government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, where applicable.

mb123 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by mb123 may be suspended.

All deposits and withdrawals on mb123 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — minimum deposit RM50;
• Boost eWallet — minimum deposit RM50;
• GrabPay — minimum deposit RM50;
• DuitNow QR / FPX — all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank;
• USDT TRC20 — cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals;
• Visa / Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. mb123 does not charge additional fees for standard deposits, although your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified bank account in the Account Holder's name;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise stated;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of associated bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval;
• DuitNow / FPX bank withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes;
• Direct bank wire and USDT TRC20 withdrawals may take 15 to 60 minutes depending on network conditions.

mb123 offers various promotions, bonuses, and incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all mb123 bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is stated in the specific promotion terms;
• The maximum bet per spin or per wager when using bonus funds is typically between RM250 and RM500 as specified per promotion. Exceeding this cap may result in bonus forfeiture;
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or partially wagered bonuses that expire are forfeited automatically;
• Game contribution toward wagering requirements varies by game category: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20%;
• mb123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

mb123 operates a Brand Migration Programme for new players transferring from another platform. Migration bonuses of up to MYR 588 and tier-matching are subject to verification of the player's previous platform tier via screenshot evidence. Contact our support team for migration assistance.

All games available on mb123 — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, live football, lottery, and arcade games — are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within each game interface, supplemented by these Terms.

The following rules apply across all game categories:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-sourced results for sports and live casino games. mb123 does not manipulate game outcomes;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error, mb123 reserves the right to void the affected round. Any bets placed during a confirmed system error may be refunded at mb123's discretion;
• For sports betting, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other markets — official result sources are used to settle bets. Mix Parlay accumulators are settled based on the confirmed result of each individual leg;
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled by the User;
• mb123 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual users where irregular betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mb123 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using funds of unlawful origin for deposits or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering;
• Abusing the bonus system through patterns identified as "bonus hunting", "bonus whoring", or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine play intent;
• Charging back or disputing any transaction via your payment provider without first contacting mb123 support — fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent Account closure;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.

mb123 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, limits may be decreased immediately but must observe a cooling-off period of up to 24 hours before increases take effect;
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time reminders and automatic session termination to prevent extended uninterrupted gambling;
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays periodic on-screen notifications of total time played and net session balance;
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for periods of six (6) months, one (1) year, five (5) years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, no deposits, bets, or promotional messages will be accepted or sent;
• Account Closure: Users may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Remaining balance will be returned subject to completed KYC and no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

All content on the mb123 Platform, including but not limited to the mb123 brand name, logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, software, and game content (excluding third-party game studio content which is licensed to mb123), is the exclusive intellectual property of mb123 and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use mb123's trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any purpose without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mb123 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered therein, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnection, or third-party payment provider delays;
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific game or service.

mb123's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Amendments: mb123 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Termination by mb123: mb123 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or for any other reason at mb123's sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, mb123 reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation.

Termination by User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting mb123 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mb123 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
